  • Farah Jaafar

    Farah is the Chief Executive Officer of Labuan IBFC Incorporated, a wholly owned subsidiary of Labuan Financial Services Authority, the statutory Regulatory Authority for Labuan International Business and Financial Centre, operating under the purview of Ministry of Finance, Malaysia. Labuan IBFC Incorporated serves as the jurisdiction’s official market development agency.

    A seasoned strategic communication, market development and financial services professional, she brings with her experience spanning more than 25 years in wholesale financial services, putting her in good stead to develop Labuan IBFC as Asia’s go-to midshore wholesale financial intermediation centre.

    Formerly attached to the Asian Institute of Finance and Bursa Malaysia (Malaysia’s national stock exchange), Farah has served in numerous senior market development and strategic communications roles.

    She has also represented the Association of Stock Broking Companies Malaysia, a nationwide industry led lobby group representing Malaysian stockbrokers during the demutualisation exercise of the national exchange, allowing her a unique hands-on experience surrounding high strategic level issues relating to multiple stakeholder management, eco-system curation and long-term strategic business strategy.

    Passionate about equality, financial inclusion and win-win partnerships, she strongly believes that “a rising tide lifts all boats”. Farah has an LLB (Hons) from Sheffield University, United Kingdom.

  • Harpreet Maan

    Harpreet Maan is the President of ACCESS Malaysia. In addition to that, he is CEO and co-founder of Blocklime, a Malaysian-based development and training company specialising in Blockchain and DLTs. He is a thought leader on problem-solving with DLTs and exploring potential DLT applications in fintech, insurtech, and regtech.

    Harpreet gained a position in the ISO Committee as a national committee member on ISO standards for "Blockchain & Electronic Distributed Ledger Technologies". He is also an Ambassador for Hedera Hashgraph and Hyperledger, an elected Advocate for Quorum by JP Morgan and a member of MDEC Digital Expert Panel & Industry Mentor under Digital Advocate Programme that assists in DLT adoption in education and industry. Currently, he advises multiple enterprises and governments on DLT adoption strategies.

  • Henry Chong

    Henry Chong is the Chief Executive Officer of FUSANG, the first fully-regulated platform in Asia, providing end-to-end infrastructure to support Security Token Offerings (STOs). Henry also sits on the Exchange Committee of FUSANG Exchange, licensed in Labuan, Malaysia as a Securities Exchange under Part IX, Section 134 of the Labuan Financial Services and Securities Act 2010 (LFSSA). FUSANG Exchange is the first fully-operational stock exchange in Asia that allows companies to go public through a digital IPO accessible by both retail and sophisticated investors globally.

  • Wilson Beh

    Wilson Beh is the Vice President and a Founding Member of the FinTech Association of Malaysia, the national FinTech platform. He is also a Co-Founder of PolicyStreet, a FinTech company and a Financial Adviser approved by Bank Negara Malaysia, which advances the best-in-value business and individual insurance with a hybrid O2O model.

    Prior to venturing into FinTech, he worked in Maybank Investment Bank, where he was involved in advising ASEAN and Greater China conglomerates in debt financing and cross border transactions.

    He graduated with a Bachelor of Management (Honours) with a major in Finance from USM, and was awarded a full scholarship to study at Marymount University, U.S.A., by the Fulbright Commission. Wilson is recognised by Forbes Asia as a 30 under 30 honouree in the Finance and Venture Capital category.
