    Shanker Iyer is the Founder and Chairman of Iyer Practice Advisers, a specialist advisory firm with offices in Singapore and Hong Kong. He has been working in Singapore as a Chartered Accountant for almost 30 years. He is currently the Chairman of the International Fiscal Association (Singapore Branch) and the Singapore International Chamber of Commerce's (SICC) Tax Policy Committee. He is the immediate past president of SICC.

    Prior to these appointments, Mr Iyer served as President of both the European and British Chambers of Commerce in Singapore. He was also previously a member of the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore Taxpayer Feedback Panel, and a Partner of the major UK accounting firm Moores Rowland for over 10 years.

    In January 2002, Mr Iyer was awarded an Order of the British Empire (OBE) by the Queen of England for his services to British commercial interests in Singapore.

    With extensive experience spanning almost four decades, My Iyer has built an expertise in advising privately-held businesses and high-net-worth individuals on a wide range of international tax and trust matters. He has also contributed several articles to business and financial magazines and is a regular speaker at tax conferences and courses held in different countries.

    Mr Iyer qualified as a Chartered Accountant in London in 1973.
    Norazlin Abd Jalil has many years of experience in private banking and wealth management, focusing on Islamic financial solutions during the course of her career primarily within Shariah-compliant wealth management solutions. She is also a licensed Islamic estate planning adviser and Islamic financial adviser.

    She has more than 17 years’ experience in the banking and financial services sector specialising in assisting high-net-worth individuals and major corporations in managing their wealth efficiently.

    Prior to joining Labuan IBFC Inc, Ms Norazlin was Vice President and Head of Islamic Wealth Management at Malaysia’s United Overseas Bank, where she took the lead role in growing the Privilege Banking segment.

    Ms Norazlin graduated from Universiti Utara Malaysia with a Bachelor in Business Administration (Hons), majoring in Marketing.

    Datuk Chin Chee Kee is currently the Executive Chairman of Noblehouse International Trust Ltd. He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (CA (M)); a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom (FCCA); a Fellow of the Malaysian Institute of Taxation (FTII); a member of the International Tax Planning Association (ITPA) and a registered trust and estate practitioner. He is also the chairman of the Association of Labuan Trust Companies and a director of Labuan IBFC Inc Sdn Bhd.

    Datuk Chin was appointed a Justice of the Peace by the Governor of Sabah on September 16, 1997. He also practices as an approved company auditor in the accounting firm of CK Chin in Malaysia since 1987. He has 28 years of experience in cross-border tax planning and has been involved in the offshore trust industry for the past 25 years.
