    Datuk Chin Chee Kee is currently the Executive Chairman of Noblehouse International Trust Ltd. He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (CA (M)); a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom (FCCA); a Fellow of the Malaysian Institute of Taxation (FTII); a member of the International Tax Planning Association (ITPA) and a registered trust and estate practitioner. He is also the chairman of the Association of Labuan Trust Companies and a director of Labuan IBFC Inc Sdn Bhd.

    Datuk Chin was appointed a Justice of the Peace by the Governor of Sabah on September 16, 1997. He also practices as an approved company auditor in the accounting firm of CK Chin in Malaysia since 1987. He has 28 years of experience in cross-border tax planning and has been involved in the offshore trust industry for the past 25 years.
    Mari-Len NGU is from the field of Medicine before embarking the offshore industry, she started her offshore corporate career in 2003, where she joined one of the largest international trust organization and was one of the pioneer on Trust management and administration.
    Mari-Len has 13 years of experience in Trust and Fiduciary industry and Corporate Governance, leading the Private Clients team in Hong Kong, Singapore and Jersey and subsequently Head the Corporate Secretarial, APAC in year 2014. She works physically within Asia Pacific Region and in the United Kingdom and Jersey Island. She also develop an international workflows and processes within those jurisdictional applicable laws and practices.
    She holds Diploma in International Trust Management; Advance Diploma Certificate in Trust Creation Law and Practice; Advance Diploma Certificate Company Law and Practice, Advance Diploma Certificate Trustee Investment & Financial Appraisal and Advance Diploma Certificate for Trust Accounting for both STEP and London Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
    Mari-Len is a full member of STEP, Malaysia chapter and a committee member holding a Treasurer position for STEP Malaysia, She is also sitting in the council in the Association of Labuan Trust Companies holding a Treasurer position. She is an Approved Trust Officer under the Labuan Financial Services and Securities Act, 2010.
    Moritz Gubler spent two years in China after receiving his law degree. By learning Chinese, teaching foreign languages and visiting joint-ventures, he acquired a thorough knowledge of the Chinese way of thinking and the local habits. He had worked in a law firm in Zurich and at the district court of Bülach in order to prepare himself for the bar-examinations. After getting admitted to the bar of Zurich, he had then worked with Union Bank of Switzerland in Locarno in the Italian part of Switzerland for eight months. 

    He then returned back to Zurich where he had worked as a client counsellor and lawyer in a trust-firm of the UBS-Group. In May 1997 he went to Labuan, Malaysia, in order to open a new trust company for Coopers & Lybrand. Later, in September 2007 they were acquired by the Tricor Group, Hong Kong, and has since November 2011, he has been a partner of the Alpadis Group with its headquarters in Switzerland and providing fiduciary services. His main function is as Managing Director of Alpadis Trust (Labuan) Ltd. and generally being involved in the development of the group.
